- Orders placed during major sales events or new collection drops may take up to 3 business days to dispatch.
- You will receive an email confirmation with tracking information as soon as your package has been shipped.
2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We offer flexible shipping options to ensure your items reach you on time:
- Standard Shipping (3–5 Business Days): Free on orders over $75. A flat rate of $5.99 applies to orders under $75.
- Express Shipping (1–2 Business Days): Available at checkout for a flat rate of $14.99.
3. Order Tracking
Once your order leaves our warehouse, a shipment notification containing your tracking number and courier details will be sent directly to your registered email address or phone number. You can monitor your shipment progress in real time.
4. Shipping Address & Delivery
- Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by inaccurate address details.
- If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipment fees may apply.
5. Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our support team at support@shopdevine.com within 48 hours of delivery. Please retain all packaging materials and damaged goods for inspection.
