Return & Refund

We want you to love everything you purchase from Shop Devine! If the fit isn't quite right or you've changed your mind, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange process.

1. Return Window

We accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date your order was delivered.

2. Eligibility & Item Condition

To be eligible for a return or exchange, clothing items must meet the following criteria:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and undamaged with all original tags attached.
• Items must be free of makeup stains, deodorant marks, perfume scents, or pet hair.
• Swimwear and intimates must have protective hygiene liners intact.
• Items marked as Final Sale or clearance cannot be returned or exchanged.

3. Exchanges (Size & Color)

Need a different size or color? We offer complimentary exchanges subject to inventory availability. If the desired item is out of stock, a store credit or full refund will be issued.

4. Refund Process

• Once your return package is received and inspected at our warehouse, we will notify you of the approval status.
• Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
• Shipping fees from the original purchase are non-refundable.

5. How to Initiate a Return

1. Contact our team at support@shopdevine.com with your order number and reason for return.
2. Package your items securely with original tags attached.
3. Affix the provided return label and drop off the package at the designated carrier location.
